Parmesan Flax Seed Cracker | Commercial Dehydrators

Low-carb flaxseed crackers are made of a blend of flaxseed and Parmesan cheese, giving them a delicious savory flavor that's perfect with any dip or cheese spread. They are low carb, gluten free and the perfect keto diet snack!

Ingredients
  • 1 cup flax seed meal
  • 1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup water

Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and stir properly. Set aside to sit for 10-15 minutes and stir frequently until mixture is thick but not stiff.
  2. Spread thick mixture on dehydrator tray and use a spatula to score gently. Place in a dehydrator and dry at 104-113°F (40-45°C) for 12 to 36 hours. Turn crackers over every 5 to 6 hours.
  3. Break crackers apart along the score lines. Store flax seeds cracker in an air-tight bag or container.
