view- 1 cup flax seed meal
- 1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup water
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl and stir properly. Set aside to sit for 10-15 minutes and stir frequently until mixture is thick but not stiff.
- Spread thick mixture on dehydrator tray and use a spatula to score gently. Place in a dehydrator and dry at 104-113°F (40-45°C) for 12 to 36 hours. Turn crackers over every 5 to 6 hours.
- Break crackers apart along the score lines. Store flax seeds cracker in an air-tight bag or container.
