Our Multi Seed Crisps are a wonderful alternative to regular crisps. The seeds in these crackers give a deliciously nutty flavor, just perfect for snacking and dipping. A great idea for an appetizing starter or tasty treat - the choice is yours.

Ingredients
  • 1 cup flax seeds
  • 1/3 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/4 cup sesame seeds
  • 2/3 tablespoon pumpkin seeds
  • Sea salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning (or desired herbs)

Instructions
  1. Combine flax seed and 1 cup of water in a bowl and stir properly. Set aside for 1 hour. After 1 hour, the flax seed should have absorbed the water and sticky.
  2. Add the remaining seeds and herbs, and mix well. Spread mixture on dehydrator tray lined with parchment paper. Sprinkle generously with sea salt and black pepper.
  3. Place in a dehydrator and dry each side for 90 minutes at 115°F (46°C).
