view- 1/4 tsp ginger, powdered
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 1 (12-ounce) can roasted whole cashews,
- 2 tbsp garlic powder
- Pour nuts into a 9 inch (23 cm) square pan. Mix all other ingredients in a measuring cup and pour over the nuts. Set aside overnight to cool at room temperature.
- Drain the nuts and place on regular dehydrator trays.
- Dehydrate at 145°F (63°C) for 3 - 5 hours or until they are crunchy. Store the crunchy nuts in an air-tight container or bag.
