These chocolate-covered walnuts are sure to satisfy your sweet tooth! For any recipe containing honey as an ingredient, it is important to use non-stick drying sheets.

Ingredients
  • 2 cups raw walnuts, soaked overnight
  • 2 Tbsp. coconut oil, melted
  • 3 Tbsp. cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp. laky sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup

(per 1-oz serving): Calories: 149, Sodium: 95 mg, Dietary Fiber: 2.2 g, Total Fat: 13.7 g, Total Carbs: 4.7 g, Protein: 5.8 g.

Instructions
  1. Drain walnuts and dry. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over walnuts.
  2. Place on dehydrator sheets for 4 hours at 125°C (52°C), or until no longer wet or sticky.
