- 1 (3-ounce/85g) package of strawberry gelatin
- 1/2 cup sugar, powdered (or honey/lemon juice mix; 1/4 cup each)
- Slice strawberries into 3/8 inch (9.5 mm) thick slices. Sprinkle with strawberry gelatin and powdered sugar.
- Set on dehydrator trays.
- Dry at 135°F (57°C) for 4 hours or until crispy.
