- 2 cups raspberries
- 1 tbsp. honey
- 1 vanilla bean
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Put all your ingredients into a blender and blend until you have a smoothie like consistency.
- Spread your mixture out on a non-stick mat and place in your dehydrator for 6-8 hours at 104°F (40°C).
- Once your roll ups are dry and peel off the mat easily then cut, roll or tear and store in an airtight jar with a moisture absorber.
