view- 3 mangoes, chopped into cubes
- 2 fresh limes
- 3 tbsp cilantro
- 1/4 tsp cayenne
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- Zest the limes.
- Pour lime zest and other ingredients into a food processor or blender. Pulse ingredients into a smooth puree.
- Line two dehydrator racks with parchment paper and then spread puree evenly on racks. Place in a dehydrator and dry at 155°F (68°C) for 12 hours.
