- 3/4 cup paprika
- 1/4 cup sea salt
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 3 tablespoons chili powder
- 2 tablespoons powdered dehydrated garlic
- 2 tablespoons powdered dehydrated onion
- 5 teaspoons cayenne pepper
- Combine the ingredients in a spice grinder or blender and process into a coarse powder.
TO USE
- Use 1 tablespoon of rub per 450g; for meat and poultry, rub it in, then let it sit in the refrigerator overnight. When using it with seafood, don't let it sit for more than an hour before cooking.
