- 6 cups dehydrated bread cubes (use Italian bread or white bread)
- 2 tablespoons chopped dehydrated tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon crushed dehydrated oregano
- 1 teaspoon powdered or crushed dehydrated garlic
- In a large bowl, whisk the ingredients together until well combined.
- The cubes can be stored in canning jars with an oxygen pack or in ziptop plastic bags with an oxygen pack double-bagged in Mylar in a cool, dark place; they should keep for a year or longer.
