view- Lean precooked sliced ham
- Cut the ham slices into strips, about 3/4 to 1 inch (1.9-2.5 cm) wide.
- Arrange on dehydrator trays in a single layer.
- Dehydrate at 145°F (63°C) for about 6 hours. Use paper towels to blot off oil from the surface 2-3 times while drying.
- Let cool completely, break into smaller pieces then store in containers.
