Instructions
- Wash the rose hips well removing any dirt or debris on the fruit
- Cut the rose hips in half and remove the seeds and hairs within the bulb
- Gently rinse the inside of the rose hips
- Place the hips on the dehydrator tray leaving room for proper circulation and dehydrate at 135°F (57°C) for 6-8 hours until the hips are dry, firm and brittle to touch
- Store in a jar with an oxygen absorber
