- Blanch your green beans in boiling salted water for 2-3 minutes and immediately submerge in ice water.
- Pat your beans dry and even space on a dehydrator tray and dehydrate at 125°F (52°C) for 8-10 hours.
- Once completely dry store in a cool dark place in an airtight container.
- If you wish to make into a powder then place the dry beans in a blender or coffee grinder and pulse until you have a fine powder. Store in an airtight container in a cool dark place.
