- Strip off the outer leaves from each cabbage.
- Shred with a food processor or knife into thin strips (about 1/8" or 3 mm).
- Arrange on dehydrating trays (they can be close together).
- Dehydrate at 135°F (57°C) for about 8 to 15 hours.
- Let cool then store in a covered container.
