- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- Mix bananas, cocoa and sugar together in a blender and blend into a smooth puree.
- Spread the puree on a tray in the dehydrator rack lined with parchment paper or the fruit leather screen.
- Dry at 130°F (55°C) for about 10 hours. Flip the leather to the other side when half way through; dry until completely dry without moist spots.
