- Wash and dry the mushrooms; remove stems if desired.
- Slice the mushrooms into 1/4 inch (6 mm) thick slices.
- Place sliced mushrooms on a single layer on a dehydrator tray and dry at 130°F (55°C) for 8 to 14 hours until it turns dry.
- Store in an air-tight bag or container.
