view- Fresh ripe tomatoes
- Wash tomatoes then slice, about 1/4 inch (6 mm) thick.
- Load the tomato slices in single layer on the dehydrator trays.
- Dry for 7-9 hours at 135°F (57°C).
- Let cool for about 1 hour then store in an airtight container. Refrigerate or keep in a dark dry place.
- You can easily make tomato powder by blending in your blender.
