- Place the shrimps in the refrigerator to thaw, break off the tails then rinse.
- Slice each shrimp into about 4 to 5 pieces.
- Arrange on dehydrator trays in a single layer.
- Dehydrate at 145°F (63°C) for about 6 hours, or until hard.
