- Salt and pepper, to taste (optional)
- You can either peel the potatoes or scrub and wash.
- Slice into 1/8-inch slices or cut into 3/8-inch cubes (3-9 mm).
- Combine with water in a pot and boil for 5-10 minutes. Remove from heat, drain and allow to cool.
- Arrange in a single layer on dehydrator trays. If desired, add salt and pepper.
- Dehydrate at 125°F (52°C) to 135°F (57°C) for 8-10 hours.
