- Peel garlic cloves and chop finely.
- Spread chopped garlic cloves on dehydrator trays lined with teflex sheets or parchment paper if mesh is large. Place in a dehydrator and dry at 105°F (41°C) until dry and crispy.
- Store in dried and crispy form; or blend into powder if desired.
