- Cut celery into 1/8 to 1/4 inch (3-6 mm) pieces then wash thoroughly.

- Dehydrate at 135°F (57°C) for 4-10 hours until crispy-dry.
- Let the celery cool completely then transfer to glass jars and cover with lid.
- To make celery powder, blend in a high power blender.
